How do I pay using a Debit/Credit card and is it safe?

We accept all cards such as VISA, Verve and Mastercards – only Nigerian cards are supported and not International cards. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

All Debit/Credit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

How do I Place a Pay-On-Delivery (P-O-D) Order?

All items that have the “Pay-On-Delivery Available” icon are valid for orders by Pay-On-Delivery. Simply add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

When prompted to choose a Payment Option;

  • Select “Pay-On-Delivery”
  • Enter CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
  • Once verified and confirmed, then orders can be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.

You will be required to make payment by Cash, Online transfers or use our POS terminals only at the time of delivery of your order.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase at MOTHARYOR®?

We offer Free delivery if your order(s) qualify for a Free delivery within the Lagos Metropolis; otherwise there will be additional N1,500 charge for order(s) within the Lagos mainland and N2,500 within the Lagos Island. Free delivery services also extend to other locations outside the Lagos Metropolis for orders above N250, 000 otherwise there will be a delivery charge depending on the location outside Lagos.

What is MOTHARYOR® 5-Days Return Policy?

Within 5 days of you receiving your order(s):

  • MOTHARYOR® offers you the opportunity to get a like-for-like replacement for items that are damaged or defected.
  • MOTHARYOR® offers you the opportunity to swap any wrongly delivered item(s),
    all at no extra cost.
  • Unfortunately, MOTHAYOR® does not offer refunds on delivered item(s).

Can I change/cancel my order before shipping from MOTHARYOR® ?

Yes, you can change/cancel your orders before they are been shipped but once the item(s) are shipped, only 75% of the cancelled order amount due refund will be refunded and shipping fee will also be forfeited.

Orders can also be cancelled during delivery. In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel the order please contact MOTHARYOR® help-desk on 080 -9900 -9090 or e-mail us at support@motharyor.com for assistance.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made!
