Terms of Service

At MOTHARYOR®, we are so much passionate about our customers; hence, we keep them at heart and also ensure they get exactly what they order. Our conditions of guarantee assure you every chance of getting the right item(s) and provide coverage in the off-chance that we make any inaccuracy in delivery.

Please note that you always have the option of confirming your items before the dispatch leaves and if you receive a package that appears opened or looks to have been tampered with, please do not accept it!

Also, items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons of colour deviation from computer display view, comfortability, thickness, size (measurement), etc.
  • Actual measurements of some items may vary from published details due to materials, craftsmanship, etc. hence; returns are not acceptable for these reasons.
  • All our product prices are fixed and as such, prices are not negotiable!
  • Prices shown do not include shipping and handling charges.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by customer while replacement shipping charges are to be borne by MOTHARYOR®.
  • Orders within the Lagos metropolis are usually shipped within 24 – 48hrs during weekdays (and 72hrs during weekends) while orders outside the Lagos metropolis may take maximum of one week before it eventually gets to its point of delivery.
  • Payments on orders must be made in full within 2 days of order otherwise, orders will be cancelled without further notification and it can either be made ONLY via our payment gateway, bank deposits and online bank transfers except for items ordered with the payment-on-delivery option!
  • Customers are entitled to 90% refund if order cancellation is made by them after payment.
  • Customers are entitled to 100% refund on the goods that has been discontinued. Other goods (if any) will be shipped accordingly. However, the shipping and handling fee will not be entitled for refund.
  • In case of damaged consignments, you MUST notify us within 48hrs of receipt of the product(s) with full description and image of the damage, in order to qualify for a possibility of an exchange or a swap with another item. If an exchange or swap is allowed, the damaged item MUST arrive at our office within 3 days of our instruction, in order to actually qualify for the exchange or swap.

All clothing items sold by MOTHARYOR® are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same at our store.
